Accommodations
These unrivaled suites offer luxurious residential touches such as spacious living and dining areas as well as a private balcony or terrace with stunning views. The Studio features a Jacuzzi tub and either 1-king or 2-queen beds. The one and two-bedroom suites feature a fully equipped kitchenette with stainless steel appliances. The 1 bedroom suite has 2 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, as well as a double Murphy bed in the living room. The 2 bedroom suite has 1 bedroom with 1 king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a double Murphy bed in the living room. It also includes 3 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub in each bedroom. Offering every comfort of a luxury first-class vacation destination, each suite features cable TV equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Check-In
Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 p.m. If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive at the resort after 5 p.m., you will only be able to check in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night. All arrivals after midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present. Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.
Check-Out
The check-out time at Presidential Suites is 11:30 a.m. All bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check-out ticket, which allows the use of the resort facilities until 3 p.m. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to the hotel reception and are based on availability. For those who wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 p.m., this can be done until 6 p.m. for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.
