The resort was created with space and comfort in mind, making Cofresi Palm a relaxing, enjoyable, and satisfying experience for all guests and their families. There are several pools to enjoy, including a kid's pool and cobblestone paths wind around the hilly area to lead to the Cofresi Palm Reception complex with spectacular ocean views.
Accommodations
Our Beach Studios have modern white furnishings and a Jacuzzi tub as well as some rooms with ocean view, while our Spa suites feature dark wood furniture, are adult-only and overlook the Yin Yang Spa. Our standard rooms feature views of the hills with dark wood furnishings. Most of our accommodations incorporate flat-screen TVs, while each provides our patrons with luxe bathrooms composed of marble appointments and hair dryers. Each room type features either 1 king bed or 1 queen bed. Some rooms include jetted tubs within the unit, as well as a terrace or balcony, making the Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort the perfect luxury Caribbean getaway for couples or family travel!

Cofresi Palm Beach Resort - Puerto Plata
This beautiful all-inclusive resort is comprised of several sections of units that are specific to a guests’ vacationing requirements including family-friendly standard rooms, 180 Oceanside rooms in a mix of king and double beds. All rooms feature modern comfortable furnishing, marble floors, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, most have flat-screen TVs, bathrooms with marble appointments, and hair dryers, safes, and mini-bars. Some rooms have small kitchenettes, jetted tubs in unit, and terrace or balcony.
Family Friendly Rooms
Set in the middle of the resort and all the action, the family-friendly rooms cater to families with children with special activities, kid’s art center, family swim center, and kid’s pool all within a centralized area of the resort.

*Cofresi Palm is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues nor is it fully wheelchair-friendly. We recommend that you book at the Tropical if you need an accommodation that is easy access.
Check-In
Check-in time for all accommodations is 3:00 PM If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive at the resort after 5:00 PM, you will only be able to check in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night. In order to check in under your reservation, you must meet with customer service no later than 11 a.m. the following day. All arrivals after midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present. Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check in.
Check-Out
The check-out time at Cofresi Palm is 11:30 AM All bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check-out ticket, which allows the use of the resort facilities until 3:00 PM. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to the hotel reception based on availability. For those who wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 PM, this can be done until 6:00 PM. for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.
